For those individuals who were unable to appear as cited as on March 12, 2024 and March 13, 2024 for the ARRO Cognitive Test or the CRT Keyboard Skill Test you may take a make-up test by walking in as follows:
March 19th
8:00am – 10:00am and 1:00pm – 3:00pm, any testing required
March 20th
8:00am – 10:00am and 1:00pm – 3:00pm, any testing required
YOU DO NOT NEED A RESERVATION TO APPEAR AT THE WALK-IN
Failure to pass the ARRO Cognitive Test or the CRT Keyboard Skill Test will deem you ineligible for the current clerk transfer process. Additionally, you will be unable to test for a period of 120 days.
