YANG MING/CHINA & TRAPAC TERMINAL ACCESS

 

On Sunday, August 13, 2017 CicLAvia – San Pedro meets Wilmington will remove cars from certain streets in San Pedro and Wilmington and open them up for people to walk, skate, bike, play, and explore.  There will be no parking or vehicle access on certain streets during CicLAvia.  The event runs from 9am to 4pm with street closures in effect from 7am to 6pm.  

 

YANG MING/CHINA ACCESS:  There will be limited access to the Yang Ming and China Shipping Terminals from 7am to 6pm.  During this time all vehicles must use the 110 north bound exit at John S. Gibson Blvd to access the terminal.  Ingress and Egress via 110 n/b freeway only – vehicles will not be allowed to travel along John S. Gibson Blvd as it will be closed to cars.  Vehicles traveling Southbound on the 110 must continue onto the 4/Vincent Thomas Bridge and exit Ferry Street to loop back on the 110 North and follow directions above.

 

TRAPAC ACCESS:  There will be limited access to the Trapac Terminal from 7am to 6pm.  During this time all trucks must use the 110 north bound exit at Harry Bridges to access the terminal.  The 110 south bound exit at Harry Bridges will be closed.  Vehicles traveling Southbound on the 110 must continue onto the 47/Vincent Thomas Bridge and exit Ferry Street to loop back onto the 110 North and follow directions above.  Vehicles traveling west on Harry Bridges will be able to enter Terminal at Access Road and Bay View Drive.

The check in line will undergo computer maintenance and will not be available on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.  Please check in prior to these hours.
